Sustainable innovation: 3D Print, clean energy and zero Km production
Accento uses Multijet Fusion 3D printing technology, a cutting-edge process that minimises energy consumption and material waste, optimising the use of Nylon PA12 and eliminating the need to make dedicated moulds for each part. Every resource is maximised and waste is minimised, contributing to a more sustainable circular economy.
Almost all processing, both electronic and mechanical, is done internally. For outsourced activities, Accento favours local suppliers, reducing transport emissions and supporting the local economy. To enhance the sustainability of the production cycle even further, the company has installed a photovoltaic system that guarantees the energy autonomy of the production site, classifying it as a class A3 plant.

We choose recyclable materials, efficient technologies and non-toxic paints to ensure durable, safe and environmentally friendly products without compromising on aesthetics and performance.

We use PMMA, Aluminium and PA12 Nylon, fully recyclable materials to create sustainable and easily recoverable products at the end of their life cycle.

Our paints, supplied by certified partners, are not only impeccably aesthetic, but also non-toxic and environmentally friendly. This not only protects the health of our customers but also helps reduce the environmental impact of production processes.

Our commitment to the environment also extends to our choice of packaging. Every detail, from the inner to the external packaging, is designed to be eco-friendly. We use recycled and recyclable materials, reducing the use of virgin resources and minimising waste. Every detail is conceived to impact the environment as little as possible, making each package part of a larger commitment to a sustainable future.

We recently created a new “relax area”, open to all employees, featuring a sauna, an emotional shower, and a hot tub. It’s a space dedicated to well-being and social connection — a place to relax, recharge, and share meaningful moments.
